• Please enter your hotel name and address accurately when selecting the pickup option.
• Please wear your swimsuit under your outerwear in advance.
• If you suffer from motion sickness, please take motion sickness medication before picking up.
• If you do not encounter marine animals in their natural habitat, no refunds or compensation will be made.
• Boats may change depending on the number of tour participants.
• Please be sure to protect the turtles you meet on the tour.
• Please make sure to enter your email address correctly when making a reservation.
• If the voucher is not printed, it cannot be used or refunded.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be cancelled due to reasons such as the number of participants or reservation status. The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
• The schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Please note the exact meeting point and meeting time on the voucher you receive.
• Infant: 2 years old and under / Child: 3 to 11 years old / Adult: 12 years old and over.
• Children under 2 years old can enter for free.
• Every year, 12/25 is a holiday.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Please make a reservation at least 5 days in advance.

- If notified 7 days prior to the travel date: 100% of the travel fee will be refunded
- If notified within 7 days of the travel date: No cancellation/refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
