07:30 AM / 12:30 PM

* The exact pick-up time will be announced the day before the day of use.
* Please arrive 30 minutes before the meeting time.

• This product is available for a minimum of 5 people.
• When making a reservation, please provide the name/age/hotel name of all participants.
• If only minors participate, parental consent is required.
• Your clothes may get wet from the spray, so please wear clothes that can get wet.
• As shuttle service is not provided, please come to the meeting point individually.
• The tour may be canceled or the fishing location may be changed due to bad weather.

10 to 8 days before the date of use: 20% of the travel price
7 to 2 days before the date of use: 30% of the travel price
Day before use date: 50% of travel price
On the day of use: No refund

* Refunds can be accepted and processed for reservations made during the affiliated business hours.
* Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
* Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
