BESTThere seems to be a lack of explanation on how to make a reservation. I bought a night-arrival product, 23:30 - 06:59, so I bought this product from 23:30-06:59 on the 18th, and it arrived at 2 pm on the 19th, so if it is the next day, of course. I thought it was included, but the reservation was made the day before 02:00 on the 18th, and it was a no-show, how does the customer know if it was a codeshare flight or not. And there was no codeshare flight on the date claimed by the company. When I arrived in Korea and talked to WAUG, the agent said that this product was a product that was used on the 18th, 23:30-19, 06:59. The agent who checked and called me said that the reservation for 02:00 would go into the 18th and did not understand that. I felt bad for consulting with the sarcastic attitude of the counselor. Please include an option to select a date.

Cancellation and Refund
• A 100% cancellation fee will be incurred 0 to 2 days prior to the selected date.
• It may take 2-5 business days to confirm your cancellation request, and a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the cancellation policy. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
