BESTThere was another group of guests, so we were shown to a table for two next to the bar, which we rather liked. There was a person who spoke Korean and briefly explained allergies and types of fish. We were not very good at Japanese, so we felt comfortable. The taste was completely different from the sushi I had in Korea. There is almost no sweetness (except for sushi with sauce), soy sauce is applied directly, and I felt that the neta was very rich. When I ate it, it was full of the flavor of the ingredients. To be honest, I don't like sushi made with blue-backed or shiny fish, but the food here was edible, but I can't say it wasn't fishy at all. Still, my husband, who went with me, ate it well without any hesitation, and personally, the tuna and eel were surprisingly delicious. Taste is a personal matter and people prefer different types of fish, so I don't know what it will be like, but I think it's worth a try. I went for lunch at 12 o'clock, and they came out to play Noren at 12 o'clock sharp. We were informed quickly and by the time we finished eating and left, it was almost 2 o'clock. It was easy to find because we took a taxi, but the sign was barely visible, so if you use public transportation, you can find it right away by looking at the photo in front of the store. It would be good to note that there is a liquor shop right next to it. It was a good experience.

I have followed the path of a craftsman with a single heart that loves sushi.
Chef Shintaro Suzuki
Born in Tokyo. Since graduating from high school, he has only worked in the sushi industry. After learning the job at a sushi restaurant in Setagaya, he gained experience at two sushi restaurants and opened his own restaurant, Sushi Shin, in 2003. He moved to his current restaurant two years ago. He is one of the living legend chefs who has achieved the feat of being selected for the Michelin Guide for six consecutive years.
A restaurant that uses the best ingredients
Nishiazabu Sushi Shin always uses only the best ingredients. In the case of sea urchin, they use two types: Hokkaido-grown "horse urchin" and Aomori-grown "purple urchin." They are divided into sashimi and sushi types according to their use, and they have a philosophy that everything from the space to the service is for the sake of seeing the customers happy.
We operate with a craftsman's spirit, to the point of even carefully selecting sushi ingredients that don't make sense in terms of cost-effectiveness, in order to constantly strive to provide better products.
