- Present your mobile voucher to the staff at the Great Adventure counter located in Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal and exchange it for a boarding pass.
- You must arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time.
- If you arrive late, you will not be able to board. Please be punctual at all costs.
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or changed.
- It is only valid on the specified date.
- Upon check-in, you can select your desired time at Green Island. / Available at 12:00, 14:30 and 16:30, please let the staff know after selecting the schedule.
