• Free pick-up is available for hotels in Hoan Kiem Old Town. (Please enter the exact hotel name when making a reservation)
• Hotels in the new town or outskirts will be picked up at the Opera House between approximately 08:10-08:30. (Example: Lotte Hotel, Daewoo Hotel, Intern Continental, Sheraton)
• Pick-up is not possible for other outlying hotels and you must come directly to the Opera House.
• If you are meeting at the Opera House, please wait on the steps in front of the Opera House still life.
• The exact meeting time will be written on your voucher when your reservation is confirmed.
• This is a join-in tour conducted with foreign travelers.
• If you are not at the meeting point at the time stated on your voucher, the tour may depart without prior notice.
• After picking up at the hotel, we will meet you at the Opera House and then move to the tourist attraction. Those coming to the Opera House can wait on the steps in front of the main entrance of the Opera House.
• The vehicle type is limousine, van, or bus depending on the number of guests on the day, so the vehicle type can be known on the day of the tour.
• Children under 5 years old and 1m tall are free. Please make sure to write this in the ‘Requests’ section when making a reservation. (You must write it down due to checking the number of people on the tour.)
  Additionally, if there is a shortage of seats in the car during peak season, children must be transported on a guardian's lap.
• You can board the vehicle after confirming the buyer's name without any special procedures.
• Only bags of the size that can be carried on board can be stored in the car, and bags that cannot be carried on board cannot be stored in the car.
• In the case of a tour with foreigners in Vietnam, you may stop by a shopping shop visited by locals to use the restroom.
