• Choose your desired date and use it freely within 45 days after purchasing the voucher.
• Customers who wish to use the free shuttle service must indicate their use of the shuttle in the 'Requests' section when making a reservation.
• If you would like to be assigned to the same massage room, please let us know in advance in the remarks column. Room assignments will be made based on the on-site situation, and if the same room assignment is not possible, no refunds will be given.
• When making a reservation, please indicate 2-3 preferred time slots in the request section. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will notify you of the confirmed time slot.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time. If you are late, your reservation will be automatically cancelled without a refund.
• If you arrive late, your massage time will be shortened to accommodate other guests.

• Free cancellation of unused vouchers within 45 days after reservation confirmation
• It takes 2-5 business days to confirm the cancellation request, and a cancellation fee may be charged according to the cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you can receive a refund within 14 business days.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
