※ Every Thursday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the spa and outdoor pool are under maintenance and will not be available during this time.
※ The outdoor swimming pool is closed from January to March every winter.

• If you purchase an option that includes a meal, you can enjoy a meal after your hot spring bath. When making a reservation, please select the time for your 'hot spring use time'.

Spa & Outdoor Pool

• Entry is limited to one time and usage time is limited to 4 hours.
• Swimsuits and swimming caps must be worn upon entry.
• All children under 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please note that the outdoor pool is closed from January to March each year during the winter.
• The spa and outdoor pool are closed for maintenance every Thursday from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Private hot spring

• Based on 2 people per room.
• The hot spring accommodation time is 90 minutes. The basic number of guests is 2, and 1 adult or 2 children can be added. The additional fee is NTD 500 per person over 6 years old, and children under 6 years old are free.
• The maximum number of people allowed in the hot spring bath is 4.
• Additional use is available after paying NT$1,200 per hour in excess.
• If you choose a private hot spring, French natural organic bath products, mineral water, carbonated water, snacks, etc. are provided in the hot spring, and coffee and tea are provided free of charge in the lounge.
• Private hot spring rooms are randomly assigned, and some rooms may not have windows. Please understand that room type cannot be specified.

Public bath

• The target audience is limited to those 12 years of age or older.
• Limited to one entry and four hours of use.
• The baths are separated by gender, and to maintain the quality of the hot springs, the maximum number of users is limited to 20.
• Available areas include personal lockers, changing rooms, restrooms, saunas, indoor hot/cold pools, and outdoor open-air baths.
• In the public lounge, deck chairs, capsule coffee, Pocari, snacks, fruit, tea bags, and bottled water are provided free of charge.
• Reservations are not possible on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and usage times may vary depending on on-site circumstances.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
