• Please note that it can be used until the specified validity period and exchange period, and will become invalid after the validity period.
• You can enter and use the hot springs according to the time assigned on site, and advance reservations are not possible.
• Children under 110cm tall can enter for free. Children over 110cm tall are charged the same price as adults.
• When using the outdoor hot spring, please make sure to wear a swimsuit and swimming cap. If you do not have one, you can use the free shower cap provided on site.
• Swimsuits are sold on site, and the price is around NTD 390 - 699. Please refer to the actual price on site.
• If you choose the hot spring option, an additional fee of NTD 100/person will be charged on-site during the Taiwan Lunar New Year holiday on December 31st every year.
• If you choose the hot spring + dining option, an additional fee of NTD 300/person will be charged on-site during the Taiwanese Lunar New Year holiday on December 31st every year.
• If your selected option includes a meal, please make a reservation by phone in advance. (02) 2892 - 4546 # 25 Jukrimjeong (Jukrimjeong) Japanese Restaurant The meal menu is subject to change without prior notice depending on the season.
• It is not recommended for use by people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or pregnant women.
• For safety reasons, bathing after drinking is prohibited.
• If you use an expired ticket, you may incur additional charges on-site, so please refer to the on-site announcement.
• If you use the facility outside of the specified hours, you must pay NTD 200 on site.
• Please understand that some parts of the open-air bath or the facility may be temporarily closed due to repairs, heavy rain, lightning, etc.
• Customers who wish to use the shuttle bus between the MRT station and the hotel are requested to wait at the designated time and location. If they are unable to use the shuttle bus at the designated time, they must take a taxi or walk.
• Guests wishing to use the shuttle bus between the hotel and the MRT station can make a reservation at the hotel lobby reception or take a taxi directly.
• The Onsen + Lunch option is only available on weekdays.

Free cancellation

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
