When making a reservation, you can only use it at the time you specified.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your designated time.

• Sky View can be accessed via The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, the entry point next to the Residences entrance or via the Dubai Mall Metro Link which leads to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
• You can leave your bags for free on the first floor.
• Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. Please purchase carefully!
• Best time to watch the sunset: 17:00-19:00, it is recommended to arrive a little early.

Glass Slide Requirements

• This requirement is 30~150kg in weight and 120~200cm in height.
• Special rugs/mats must be used during the sliding experience and instructions provided by Sky Views supervisors must be followed.
• Personal belongings, including cell phones and sharp jewelry, must be removed and placed in pouches.
• Avoid slipping from a lying position on your back or stomach.
• Participants must not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substance that impairs judgment (e.g. medication).
• Participants must be free from any serious physical or mental impairment that would prevent them from completing the physical and mental tasks required during the ride.
• Only one person can use a slide at a time.
