Izu Saboten Zoo
Izu Shaboten Zoo is a zoo where you can see over 120 species of animals, including capybaras, and 1,500 species of succulent plants. Meet animals such as squirrel monkeys, peacocks, and the popular capybara! The "Animal Boat Tour" allows you to observe nine large and small islands and the animals living there along the coast from the pond located in the center of the park. It is a very special experience that you cannot experience at other zoos! A variety of monkeys will welcome you on each island, including squirrel monkeys, black-tailed lemurs, brown lemurs, and Geoffroy's spider monkeys.
