• Please select your desired time when making a reservation.
• If the dolphins do not appear, you can rebook anytime within 3 years. Please tell us the date in advance when rebooking.
• This tour is a join tour. If the minimum number of adults (10) is not met, the tour will be cancelled in advance.
• For safety reasons, the number of tubes in operation may be limited or operation may be prohibited at the discretion of the on-site staff, depending on the number of people, weather, wind and current conditions.
• After purchase, it takes approximately 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to confirm the reservation.
• Please make reservations/purchases at least 3 business days in advance.
• Please be sure to adhere to the pick-up time.
• Please make sure to check the pickup time and hotel on the voucher you received by email.
• Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick-up time, and the pick-up guide will call your name. Just present your voucher and board the vehicle.
• Please understand that it may be difficult to arrive on time as each hotel picks up in order.
• If your accommodation is not listed in the pick-up information, please wait in the lobby of a nearby hotel. (We will recommend a nearby hotel when sending the voucher.)
• Since this is an activity that is carried out under the supervision and accompaniment of a guardian, there is no separate age limit if you participate with a guardian. Please pay special attention to the safety of your children.
• Infants (0-24 months) are free. If you have infants, please select the number of people when purchasing.
• According to Guam Coast Guard regulations, the total number of passengers must be accurately determined before departure. If the number of infants is not selected, there may be cases where the boat is full and boarding is not possible, so please be sure to include it.
• Pregnant women and elderly people, please inform us in advance when making a reservation.
• According to U.S. law, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• If you feel unwell during the tour, please inform the staff immediately.
• As there are no separate changing rooms on the cruise, we recommend that you wear a swimsuit or beachwear and a simple top.
• Be sure to apply sunscreen and bring a hat, sunglasses, etc.
• If you suffer from severe seasickness, please take motion sickness medication before boarding the cruise.
• You do not need to pay guide tips separately.
• We recommend that you purchase individual travel insurance.

If you notify us 3 days (6~3) before the start of your trip: 50% of the payment fee will be deducted
If you notify us by the day of your trip (2~the day): No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
