* After receiving your ticket, please board the vehicle at Hanoi Opera House.

• Cancellation is only possible up to 3 days in advance.
• Please make your reservation carefully as cancellation or changes are not possible within 3 days.
• The 1-wheel ticket is a product that allows you to travel around the above schedule route for about an hour without getting off. For the 4-hour or 24-hour product, get off at the 4-hour stop from the check-in time, look around, wait for the next bus, get on, and get off again. This tour allows you to hop on and off multiple times within a limited time.
• However, 4-hour or 24-hour products are only available between 07:00 and 17:00. Night use is not possible.
• To ensure quick reservation confirmation, payment is made immediately without checking availability.
• If there is a day or time that is not open or closed, we will contact you separately, ask for your understanding, and then change or cancel the date and provide a full refund.
• You must arrive on time. If you are late, the bus may already have left. In that case, please understand in advance that refunds are not possible.
• Please be especially careful about loss of valuables, cash, etc. and personal safety accidents. Please be advised in advance that we are not responsible for loss of valuables, regardless of the reason.
• Opening hours may change without prior notice depending on local circumstances on the day.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
