• After presenting the voucher at the meeting point written on the voucher, the driver will meet you.

• Please enter the exact flight number and schedule.
• You must notify us of any changes to your flight schedule.
• Please accurately enter your roaming phone number and hotel.

• This is a joint product, not a standalone product.
• The guide will not assist you with hotel check-in.
• The pick-up location is indicated with a photo on your voucher.
• Additional people cannot be added on site.
• If pickup is not possible due to failure to follow the above instructions, no cancellation or refund will be given.
• Pickup is possible from Honolulu Airport to hotels in the Waikiki area, and for other areas, you must proceed as a separate product.
• Airbnb or B&Bs in the Waikiki area will take you to the hotel closest to your address. (Vehicles are not permitted in some areas of Waikiki.)
• Infants under 24 months old ride for free provided they are held by a guardian. (There is no separate car seat.)
• Reservations are possible for a minimum of 2 people.
• There is no separate tip for this product.
• The pickup guide and sanding guide may be different.
• The guide will inform you of the drop-off time the day before.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

[baggage regulations]

• The baggage rule is 2 pieces per person (1 piece of checked baggage + 1 piece of carry-on baggage).
• Additional baggage costs $10 per piece and must be mentioned when making a reservation in advance.
• Strollers and golf clubs are limited to one piece of luggage.
• Please inquire separately for bicycles, surfboards, immigration bags, etc.

- If notified within 7 days of travel date: Cancellation/refund not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
