- Final balloon boarding time information will be provided via email and text message.
- We recommend wearing clothing suitable for walking or hiking, waterproof shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and a camera.
- Children must be 7 years or older and must be accompanied by an adult to fly. Additionally, you must be above 120cm to see the scenery.
- Wheelchair facilities are not available during the experience and assistive devices such as seats, walkers, canes and crutches cannot be placed in the balloon basket.
- The entire experience, including post-flight breakfast, takes approximately 3.5-4.5 hours.
- You are not permitted to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any substance that may impair your judgment while flying.
- Not available for pregnant women, epilepsy, asthma, or fear of heights.
