Restaurant Manners

• Please enter in appropriate attire and refrain from wearing overly casual clothing (e.g. slippers, sandals, running shoes, shorts, slips, miniskirts, etc.).
• Male guests must wear a collared shirt or jacket on top, long trousers (no jeans) and socks on bottom.
• Please note that if you do not observe Japanese dining etiquette (such as talking loudly in the restaurant, playing pranks, smoking, streaming live on the Internet, or other behavior that may affect others' dining experience), you will be responsible for any losses resulting from this.

1. If cancellation is requested within 7 days prior to the date of use, the full price and fee will be charged (e.g. if used on 7/1, if cancellation is requested from 0AM Japan time on 6/24, the full amount will be charged.)
2. If the company allows it, you can change the date or package for free once, but the change date must be within 30 days before or after the original reservation date.
3. After revision is completed, re-revision or cancellation cannot be made. If cancellation is requested, the full price fee will be charged.
