• This tour is a join tour that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people. (1 adult + 1 child: possible)
• Age criteria Adults: 15 years or older, Children: 4 to 14 years old.
• We do not provide a separate happy call to your room. Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.
• It is difficult for pregnant women, people with respiratory diseases, or those who have had surgery to proceed with the tour.
• People who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs cannot proceed with the tour for safety reasons.
• If you have a systemic disease or are in poor physical or mental condition due to water activities, please use caution and inquire when making a reservation.
• Wearing a life jacket is required and please avoid individual activities in places without safety personnel.
• You cannot drink alcohol during the tour.
• In the case of cruise products, the itinerary may be canceled if the minimum number of people on board is not met, depending on the on-site reservation situation.
• Cancellation notification due to lack of minimum number of passengers may be made 1-3 days prior to the date of use, and no additional compensation will be provided due to such cancellation notification.
• You are responsible for theft/loss of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• You must sign up for travel insurance in case something goes wrong while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

▶ Pick-up/drop service

• Additional local charges apply for areas outside of the free pickup area.
• Complimentary round-trip pick-up service is provided for southern Bali areas. Please inquire before booking for exact availability.
• The pick-up/sending service provided by the company is basically shared with other customers.
• Other customers may show up late or arrive late depending on traffic conditions, and no complaints will be made about this.
• If the company vehicle is late, please contact the emergency contact number listed on the voucher.
• If the pick-up/drop-off location is different, please be sure to check directly with the driver.
• After meeting with the driver, you must check the driver's contact information directly and communicate with him.
• Due to poor road conditions in Bali, pickup may be later than scheduled.
• Complaints/refunds due to delay in pick-up meeting time are not possible.
• If you store your luggage at the company's office, it will be difficult to compensate for loss.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and pickup is carried out in a security area. Hotels like these will provide you with information regarding meeting points in advance.
• If you take a taxi without prior assistance or confirmation because it is difficult to meet the driver, you will be considered a no-show.

– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– When canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
– When canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: No full refund.
