• This tour is a join tour that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people. (Available for 1 child + 1 adult)
• Depending on the number of passengers on the reservation date, the cruise you board may change after prior notice, and complaints due to this may not be accepted.
• The shaking of the cruise may be severe depending on the wave conditions on the day. Customers who suffer from severe motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance.
• Please understand that the cruise program may change depending on the situation.
• This product is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
• In the case of cruise products, the itinerary may be canceled if the minimum number of people on board is not met depending on the on-site reservation situation. If cancellation is due to the company's circumstances, a normal refund will be issued.
• Cancellation notification due to lack of minimum number of passengers may be made 1-3 days prior to the date of use, and no additional compensation will be provided due to such cancellation notification.
• Sudden changes requested a day in advance or on the same day via KakaoTalk or Messenger are not possible. When making your first reservation, please check carefully before making a reservation.
• BBQ lunch is available until 14:00, and tea and coffee are available continuously at the restaurant for free throughout the event.

▶ Pick-up/drop service

• Additional local charges apply for areas outside of the free pickup area.
• Complimentary round-trip pick-up service is provided for southern Bali areas. Please inquire before booking for exact availability.
• The pick-up/sending service provided by the company is basically shared with other customers.
• Other customers may show up late or arrive late depending on traffic conditions, and no complaints will be made about this.
• If the company vehicle is late, please contact the emergency contact number listed on the voucher.
• If the pick-up/drop-off location is different, please be sure to check directly with the driver.
• After meeting with the driver, you must check the driver's contact information directly and communicate with him.
• Due to poor road conditions in Bali, pickup may be later than scheduled.
• Complaints/refunds due to delay in pick-up meeting time are not possible.
• If you store your luggage at the company's office, it will be difficult to compensate for loss.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and pickup is carried out in a security area. Hotels like these will provide you with information regarding meeting points in advance.
• If you take a taxi without prior assistance or confirmation because it is difficult to meet the driver, you will be considered a no-show.

• The Lembongan Island tour takes about 45 minutes. Reservations must be made at the information desk.
• Banana boats depart regularly from the beach.
• Swimming & snorkeling can only be done within the safety flagpole.
• A volleyball court is available.

– If canceled 14 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount reserved
– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– When canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
– When canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: No full refund.
