Please select your preferred time when making your reservation. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your meeting time.

• It is available for ages 10 and older and is not available to pregnant women.
• Available for height 135cm - 198cm / weight 38kg - 113kg.
• Each person rides one bike and helmets are provided on site.
• Since this is a local briefing, it will be conducted in English.
• Basically, you must be able to operate a bicycle to participate in the tour. If you are eliminated from the trial run, it may be difficult to participate in the tour, and no refund will be given. Please note that in case of tour cancellation due to the above, no changes or refunds are possible.
• Pick-up for this tour is carried out by the tour company's own foreign staff. Please note that the pick-up location is also determined by the company.
• It is difficult to participate if you have any health problems that interfere with the tour, including back pain.
• Please understand that the tour may change depending on weather, events, etc.
• Backpacks and other bags that allow you to move both hands freely can be brought on the tour. However, handbags, shoulder bags, or any items that restrict movement must be stored in lockers.
• Attendance at a prior briefing is required, and you must fill out a liability waiver agreement to participate in the tour.
• You can participate in this product after signing the waiver agreement on site. (English consent form) (For those under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign.)
• Pre-briefing and training are included in the tour.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• All products at Kualoa Ranch are available 45 minutes before the program time. This is Kualoa Ranch's policy and you must adhere to the set time because you must check in and fill out a waiver upon arrival. We ask for your understanding in advance that we are unable to provide additional assistance if you are late for check-in. Please adhere to the check-in time indicated on your voucher.

Cancellation (Change) and Refund Policy
Request made 7 days before the tour: 100% refund
If requested 4 days before the tour: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee charged)
Request made 3 days before the tour ~ No-show on the day: No refund
In the case of cancellation requests, please understand that cancellation (change) processing is based on Hawaiian time and that cancellations (changes) are not processed outside of business hours and on weekends and public holidays.
If the tour is canceled due to weather or local circumstances at the company's discretion, you may change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (part or full).
