• Since this is a join tour with other travelers, pick-up and transfer may be delayed by 15 to 20 minutes due to the tour company's circumstances. We would like to inform you that any delayed pick-up is not our responsibility.
• If your pickup will be significantly delayed, please contact our local mobile phone and we will confirm with the tour operator.
• This is a foreign join tour, with tourists from various countries and an English-speaking guide.
• This tour includes hotel pick-up. Since it is a join pick-up, if the previous group is late, the pick-up time may be slightly later than the time.
• Please be sure to wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time to ensure a smooth pickup.
• The tour will proceed even if it rains a little. (Please wait for the tour pickup.)
• If it rains so much that the tour is impossible before the tour, the tour company will contact you. (This is often the case the day before or the day of the tour.) In this case, we will contact the company and then call you with instructions.
• Sometimes, tour operators will tell you this while you are riding in a vehicle.
• Please be sure to leave a contact number where we can reach you, as cancellation may occur depending on the weather.
• If you arrive at the dock and the boat is unable to sail, you will be returned to your hotel.
• In this case, if the tour cannot be operated due to bad weather, a refund is possible.
• However, if the customer decides not to participate in the tour on his/her own initiative, a full refund will not be given. Also, if the tour has already started and the weather is bad and it is difficult to use, a full refund will not be given.

  Both hotels have two lobbies. The driver will pick you up at the lobby of the building you are staying in.
  Problems may arise if the hotel reservation is not made under the English name of the person who booked the tour.
  Therefore, when making a reservation, please make sure to specify the lobby where you would like to be picked up and indicate the pick-up location.

100% cancellation fee from 3 days before the date of use to the day of use

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
