What to Remember
- Match date schedule and kick-off time are subject to change. If there are any changes to the date or kick-off time after the match date is confirmed, an email will be sent to the person who made the reservation.
- Even if the match date changes due to the league schedule, the reservation will not change. The exact date and time will be written on the ticket and sent out. Please purchase carefully as refunds are not possible if you wish to cancel due to a match date change according to the club's regulations.
- However, refunds are possible if a Friday-Sunday game is changed to Tuesday-Thursday or a Tuesday-Thursday game is changed to Friday-Monday.
- Entry is not permitted if you are wearing the away team's uniform or merchandise.
- After making a reservation, a reservation confirmation voucher will be sent within 5 minutes, and an E-Ticket will be sent to the reservation holder's email 1 to 3 days before the match start date.
