• The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met 7 days prior to the tour.
• The private vehicle may change depending on the number of participants and local conditions.
• We will not contact you separately during the meeting. Please wait at the meeting time.
• Pick-up and drop-off are not available at locations other than those listed.
• Please be sure to include your roaming contact information in case of emergency.
• If you lose the on-site receiver, a compensation fee of 100,000 won will be charged. Please be sure to return the receiver at the end of the tour.
• If you are unable to attend the tour due to changes in your personal schedule, such as natural disasters, local accidents, or problems with transportation (airplanes, trains, buses, etc.), refunds will not be given.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
• Please do not leave valuables or cash in the vehicle when getting off during the tour. We are not responsible for any loss.
• Each person is allowed to carry one carrier, and when making a reservation, you will be asked to pay additional fees depending on the number of carriers.

- If you notify us 30 days (~30) before the start of the trip: Full refund of the tour fee
- If you notify us 20 days (29~20) before the start of the trip: Refund after deducting 10% of the guide fee and commission from the tour fee
- If you notify us 6 days (19~6) before the start of the trip: Refund after deducting 15% of the guide fee and commission from the tour fee
- If you notify us 1 day (1~5) before the start of the trip: Refund after deducting 20% of the guide fee and commission from the tour fee
- If you notify us within 24 hours of the start of the trip: Refund after deducting 50% of the guide fee and commission from the tour fee
