Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

• Ticket exchange is available starting 1 hour before the performance time. Please make sure to exchange your tickets before the performance starts.
• The performance time is expected to be approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes (including intermission).
• Tickets for the performance can be purchased starting 3 days before the performance, and no refunds or date changes are allowed after the reservation is made (except in the case of performance cancellation).
• Refunds are not available due to flight cancellations or delays.
• The reservation representative and all guests aged 6 to 15 must present identification on site.
• Tickets are valid only on the day.
• The performance schedule and available reservation dates may differ.
• Bringing open beverages into the auditorium and using flash photography are prohibited.
• Moving/changing between ticket zones and seats is prohibited.

Tokyo Joy Pass - Unused tickets within the validity period can be canceled for free.
Theater - Cancellation is possible before exchange, but cancellation is not possible after exchange.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
