What to Remember
- Visitors who plan to board a plane after the tour may be delayed due to traffic conditions, so please allow at least 2 hours for boarding.
- Admission to Shurijo Castle Park paid facilities is not included. If you wish to enter glass facilities/areas, please purchase an admission fee separately on site.

- Up to one child (3-5 years old) can ride for free as long as he or she is accompanied by an adult.
- For 2 children (3-5 years old) or more, regular child rates will be charged.
- Wheelchair and power wheelchair users must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Please make a reservation with 1 guardian for wheelchair users and 2 guardians for electric wheelchair users.
- Tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather and traffic conditions.

Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel 1 day before use (23:59 local time), 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
