From Sapporo
The most healing place
Visit the Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observatory, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of beautiful Sapporo! At the observatory, there is a statue of Dr. William S. Clark, the father of Hokkaido pioneer, standing tall alone. Photos are a must here!
As its name, Sheep Hill, suggests, this is a place with the most idyllic scenery in Sapporo. Meet cute sheep grazing on the green grass and have a fun and relaxing time.
About Hitsujigaoka Observatory
This place was originally a ranch, but a monument to the birth of the Nippon Ham Fighters baseball team was built, various facilities such as the Sapporo Snow Festival Museum were built, and it became the current observatory. You can see beautiful scenery all year round, and there is a restaurant inside so you can have a meal.
