- Check-in takes place at the Sea World Cruise Main Beach Terminal, located outside Sea World car park on Gold Coast Main Beach.
- Please arrive at the cruise terminal 20 minutes early to avoid any delays. We will not wait for latecomers.
- Cruise return time is 9:30 PM. Please understand that this may change depending on the situation on the day.
- Local companies may change routes depending on on-site conditions.
- Please make sure to bring your passport or ID card before entering.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
