• Tours depart from Mariners Cove Marina, Seaworld Drv, and Main Beach.
• You must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by jet boating activities.
• People who are pregnant, have back, neck or heart conditions, or have had a previous injury are not recommended to ride a jet boat.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for schedule changes and at least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. There are no refunds for late cancellations or ‘no shows’.
