• Children aged 0-5 must use a car seat.
• If children under 6 years old must use a child car seat, please inform us of the number of children in advance.
• The driver can speak Chinese and basic English. If you require a driver who speaks Japanese, please indicate when making a reservation.
• The 10 hours are calculated from the moment the driver leaves the rental car store to the moment the driver returns to the rental car store. The rental car shop is in Sapporo.
• The vehicle model for transportation is Toyota Hiace. Up to 9 people can ride. If you have a large number of people, you can also use our charter bus.
• Hiace vans allow one piece of luggage per passenger. (Maximum 9 for 9 people)
• If you have a lot of luggage, please contact us in advance.
• Baggage is based on carrier size (90L).
• If the information entered by the customer at the time of reservation determines that the number of people and the amount of luggage exceeds the fixed limit, the reservation may be refused. Additionally, if the number of people or luggage exceeds the fixed limit on the day of departure, boarding may be refused at the driver's discretion. Please understand that refunds cannot be made in that case.
• Please check your email to confirm your reservation was successful.
• On the day, please present your email to the driver and board.
• On the day of reservation, the driver will hold a sign with the guest's name and await the guest's arrival.
• Please arrive at the meeting location in advance.
• Please adhere to the departure time.
• Refunds are not possible even if you are unable to board the pickup vehicle due to personal reasons.
• Please inform us of your travel itinerary and time when making a reservation. Your driver will discuss further details with you on the day. The schedule may change due to certain circumstances.
• We do not send out car numbers or driver information in advance, but if you wish, we can provide the information if you contact us 3 days before the departure date.
• In principle, overtime is not allowed, and if overtime occurs on the day of participation, cash must be paid to the driver on site. Please note that 1 hour is 10,000 yen, 2 hours is 20,000 yen, up to 2 hours .
• If a pick-up location is not specified and the passenger cannot be located, the order will not be refunded.
• If service must be suspended due to inclement weather (typhoon, heavy snow, etc.), we will notify you by phone or email. In this situation your order will be refunded.
• You can specify a destination, but not which route you want to take.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of unexpected local conditions. Sign up

If you cancel your reservation 7 days before the date of use, you will receive a full refund.
A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 6 days before or on the day of use.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00). Cancellations received on weekends, public holidays, and outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
