• After making a reservation, we will inform you of the confirmed pick-up time at each hotel via KakaoTalk between 20:00 and 21:00 local time the day before the tour.
• Pick-up is by cooperation, and additional charges apply for areas outside the city.

• Since this is a join tour, if customers are late, other customers may complain and the tour may be disrupted, so the tour will depart without prior notice. Please be on time.
• Although you have insurance, we recommend that you also purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Verify the list of representative purchasers by Korean and English names without any special procedures or voucher verification.
• We can help you determine whether luggage storage in the car is possible depending on the date and tour.
• Tour may be cancelled if minimum number of participants is not met. Minimum number of participants is 2.
• Please wear slippers, shorts, sleeveless shirts, and swimsuits during the island tour.
• A Korean-speaking guide will accompany you, but you cannot use it like a Korean. Please note that communication skills may vary depending on the guide's Korean language level.
• For groups of 8 adults or 7 adults + 2 children, we will generally conduct a private tour.
• Adults: 12 years old and older / Children: 24 months and older - 11 years old and younger / Infants under 24 months (free)
• This is a 6-seater - 13-seater van. Carry-on luggage, etc. can be loaded upon prior request. (Please request in advance)
• Car seats are not available.
• The schedule and time may change depending on the local weather and traffic conditions on the day. Customers who want 100% perfect timing, please contact us in advance and purchase the product.
• Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Pregnant women, those with respiratory diseases, and those with previous surgery may have difficulty participating in the tour.
• For safety reasons, those who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs will have difficulty participating in the tour.
• People with mental illness or poor physical or mental condition should be cautious when using the water activities and inquire when making a reservation.
• Life jackets must be worn and individual actions should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
