• Pick-up is carried out by a partner company's vehicle, and additional charges apply for areas outside the city or the airport.

• In case of tardiness or no-show, departure will occur without prior notice, and cancellation and refund will not be possible.

• The minimum number of guests is 2, and if the number is less than that, the tour may be canceled.
• The vehicle is a 6 - 13 seater van, and luggage, etc. can be loaded upon prior request. (Car seats are not provided)
• There is an additional charge of 10 ringgit per bag for luggage storage, which can be paid on site.
• The age criteria for this product are adult for those over 12 years of age, children for those over 24 months and under 11 years of age, and infants (free) for those under 24 months.
• Children over 8 years old can use the facility when accompanied by a guardian.
• The tour is difficult for pregnant women, people with respiratory diseases or surgery experience, and people who must wear hearing aids or earplugs.
• Wearing a life jacket is required and please avoid individual activities in places without safety personnel.
• Please wear slippers, shorts, sleeveless tops, or a swimsuit during the island tour.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
