Using the pick-up service not only saves time, but also allows you to travel to your destination more comfortably than dragging your heavy luggage and taking crowded public transportation. Airport pick-up and drop-off are both available.

1. Departure from the airport - Arrival at the hotel
On-site staff will be waiting with signs in time for the plane to land.
Waiting Delay Time: If a pickup time is specified, the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes. If a pickup time is not specified, the driver will wait for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you do not arrive on time, it will be considered as abandonment and no refund will be given.
In case of flight delay: If the delay is less than 1 hour, the driver will wait for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes from the actual landing time. In case of delay, please contact us as soon as possible to request vehicle reassignment. If boarding is not possible, a full refund will be given.

2. Hotel Departure - Airport Arrival
Pick up at the designated pick-up location 3 hours before flight departure.
The driver will wait for 30 minutes from the reservation time. If you do not board the vehicle within the waiting time, the reservation will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
