Sushi Hoshiyama
‘Sushi Hoshiyama’, which received one Michelin star in 2016, is a restaurant that has been receiving favorable reviews from many customers for several years. There are a lot of new customers visiting this place, and there are also a lot of old regular customers. Hoshiyama's chef, who has studied sushi for 15 years, adopts the Edomae method to create sushi that goes perfectly with ancient red vinegar. There are only 8 seats in the entire store, so it is very difficult to reserve a seat, so reservations are a must.
At Hoshiyama, there is no set menu, but the chef decides the sushi of the day and serves it based on fresh seasonal ingredients. Another thing to see here is the sushi bowl. The chef collects various types of special sushi bowls from all over Japan every year, and it is said that these plates are selected with the intention of serving food to you.
