• This is a group product that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people.

• To enter, you must print or capture the voucher sent by email and bring it with you.
• The ride lasts 90 minutes, including travel time, and the submarine ride lasts about 45 minutes.
• Visits to locations outside of the designated schedule are not permitted.
• Car seats and boosters are not provided and cannot be installed locally.
• If the information at the time of reservation is different from the actual progress information, the event cannot proceed and cancellation or refund is not possible.
• Additional people cannot be added locally.
• Check-in time is 30 minutes before the event schedule. If you are late, you will not be able to participate in the event.
• Adult: Age 13 or older / Child: Age 3 - 12 or height 91cm or more / Infant: Age 3 or older and not available to infants.
• We recommend using the Hilton Hawaiian Village self-parking (paid $12/H).
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
