• The above rates are per nanny.
• Available throughout Bali.
• When using it for 24 hours, accommodation is required and can be used for 24 hours + the desired start time.
• Toys, dolls, books, etc. are not provided and must be prepared individually.
• The exact meeting time can be confirmed via email after confirmation.
• If you no-show or are late, it will be difficult to use the product.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• Please note that because the travel agency's role is as a reservation agent, all problems and disputes that arise with the helper must be resolved directly.

▶ Additional fees

• If time is exceeded, an additional fee of $7 per hour will be charged. (1 child + 1 nanny: $7 - paid on site)
• If you stay for more than 8 hours, you must provide meal costs. (25,000Rp)

• No criminal history

– If canceled 14 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount reserved
– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– When canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
– When canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: No full refund.
