1. How does hotel check-in take place?
A hotel voucher will be provided one day before departure, and self check-in is possible.
The name of the hotel is Nature Hotel (3 stars), and if the hotel is fully booked, a hotel of the same class will be used.

2. Are meals included?
Meals are not included and can be eaten individually at a restaurant near the hotel.

3. How can I reserve a room?
This is based on a twin room (2 people per room), and for 3 people, 3 bedrooms are provided. However, if a room is not available, an extra bed is provided in a twin or double room.
Example) When making a reservation for 3 people, a 3-bedroom room will be checked first. If not, an extra bed will be provided in a twin or double room. / When making a reservation for 5 people, 1 twin room and 1 triple room will be provided.

4. Are there any additional charges incurred locally?
During Vietnam public holidays, an additional hotel fee is charged (200,000 VND/room).
If an additional fee is incurred after 11pm at the hotel lobby departure time (100,000 VND/per vehicle), please pay it to the local driver.

5. How does the airport drop-off meeting work?
The meeting is held in the hotel lobby 3 hours before the flight departure time. When meeting, the picket name will be in the name of the representative guest, and after confirmation, we will depart for the airport.

6. What information must I provide when making a reservation?
Please indicate hotel check-in time and flight departure from Da Nang. When making hotel reservations, English is required, so please enter the English names of all guests staying.

7. How does the airport transfer process work?
1) 1 - 2 people: Passenger car (maximum 3 pieces of luggage)
2) 3 people: 6-seater SUV (maximum 5 pieces of luggage)
3) 4 - 10 people: 15-seater van (maximum 10 pieces of luggage)
