How to exchange Haruka tickets

If you arrive at Kansai Airport Station on JR West, you must scan the QR code on your mobile voucher at the "white ticket machine" installed in front of the automatic ticket gate to exchange it for a ticket. Please remember the machine circled in red in the photo above!

① Please scan the QR code on the voucher at the exchange machine.
② Please select the train you wish to board. (You can select up to 5 minutes before departure.)
③ After receiving the ticket issued by the exchange machine, please enter through the ticket gate with a station attendant. (Automatic ticket gates cannot be used.)
④ Please board the empty seat in car number 4 as indicated on the ticket.
⑤ If Car 4, which is the campaign-only car, is crowded, please use the non-reserve car.

* If the white ticket machine is broken, please enter through the green ticket machine or the attendant gate.

EKI MARCHE Osaka 1000 Yen Coupon

You can use the Haruka Limited Express one-way ticket and EKI MARCHE common coupon worth up to 1,000 yen at once.

EKI MARCHE Osaka is a station-side souvenir shop and restaurant complex located right next to the Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Station. With a wide variety of shopping items and food, it’s a place for everyone. There are shops selling unique Japanese souvenirs and Osaka specialties, as well as restaurants selling freshly made takeout menus and Japanese restaurants recommended by Osaka locals.

Instructions on how to exchange and use

To use a coupon, you must present the QR code on the voucher at the exchange location on the day of use and exchange it for an actual coupon.
Exchange location: Present the QR code at the information counter in EKI MARCHE Osaka and you will receive 2 coupons worth 500 yen each .

Keep the coupons you receive safe and present them at each store when paying, and you're done! (You cannot use them by presenting the QR code. Be sure to exchange them for actual coupons before using each store.)
