You can refund the amount you charged.
* Please tell the staff at the convenience store the amount you wish to refund and then proceed with the refund.

You can check your balance by swiping your card on the mobile APP.
When canceling a payment, you must receive a refund coupon from the mobile app to restore the cancellation balance.

Things to keep in mind when recharging coupons
