• The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
• The minimum number of participants is 4, and if the number of participants is not met, the tour may be conducted jointly with a partner travel agency.
• During peak season, reservations may close early.

• Child fares are the same as adult fares.
• Children under 4 years old are not permitted to participate in the tour.
• Car seats are not provided and are not required by law on buses.
• You may bring a small travel bag, but please inquire about larger travel bags when making your reservation.
• Winter season: First Sunday in April - First Saturday in October / Summer season: First Sunday in October - First Saturday in April
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.

- If notified 30 days (~30) before the start of the trip: Full refund of the travel fee
- If notified 20 days (29~20) before the start of the trip: 10% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified 6 days (19~6) before the start of the trip: 15% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified 1 day (1~5) before the start of the trip: 20% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified on the day of the trip ~ before the start of the tour: 50% deducted from the total product price and refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
