• For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is fully responsible for the child's care and behavior while at the water park.
• Children under 90cm tall can participate in this activity for free.
• Age, height and weight restrictions may apply to use of water park facilities, attractions, slides and rides, and guests are solely responsible for adhering to such restrictions.
• Rules and regulations for each attraction, slide or ride in the water park are posted on signs next to each attraction, slide or ride.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the water park.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the water park, except for those with special dietary needs or food or drinks for infants or children.
• Contraband, firearms, weapons, glassware, sharp tools, and devices that may compromise guest safety are not permitted within the water park.
• Pets are not permitted inside the water park, unless accompanied by a service dog.
• Only inflatables provided by the water park are permitted on the water park's attractions, slides and rides.
• If Studio City reasonably determines that the Customer is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, has behaved inappropriately, or is in violation of these Conditions of Entry, the rules and regulations of water park facilities, attractions, slides and rides, or any other applicable terms and conditions, Customer will be denied entry. You may be refused or asked to leave the water park.
• Appropriate swimwear is required to use water park facilities, attractions, slides and rides. Swimsuits with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal hardware are not permitted.
• To reduce the risk of strain or injury, you must warm up before using Otter Park's attractions, slides, and rides.
• For safety reasons, guests with the following medical conditions are prohibited from using the water park slides and rides: :
  • heart disease or high blood pressure
  • back or neck pain
  • motion sickness, dizziness, or epilepsy
  • claustrophobia
  • infectious skin disease
• Pregnant women are not permitted to use water park slides and rides.
• Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.
• Wristbands issued at the ticket office cannot be exchanged.
