• For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who takes full responsibility for their care and behavior while in the water park.
• Children under 90cm tall can participate in this activity for free.
• Age, height and weight restrictions may apply to water park facilities, attractions, slides and rides and guests are solely responsible for complying with such restrictions.
• The rules and regulations for each attraction, slide or ride in the water park are displayed on signs next to the attraction, slide or ride.
• Smoking is prohibited within the water park.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the water park, except for those requiring special diets or food or beverages for infants or children.
• Contraband, firearms, weapons, glass products, sharp tools, and devices that may affect the safety of guests are not permitted inside the water park.
• Pets are not allowed inside the water park, except when accompanied by assistance dogs for the disabled.
• Only water park-provided inflatables are allowed on water park attractions, slides and rides.
• If Studio City reasonably believes that a guest is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, is acting inappropriately, or is violating these Conditions of Admission, the rules and regulations of the Water Park facilities, attractions, slides and rides, or any other applicable terms and conditions, the guest may be denied admission or asked to leave the Water Park.
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn when using water park facilities, attractions, slides and rides. Swimwear with zippers, buckles, rivets or exposed metal decorations is not permitted.
• To reduce the risk of strain or injury, you must warm up before using any of the water park's attractions, slides, and rides.
• For safety reasons, guests with the following medical conditions are prohibited from using water park slides and rides:
  • Heart disease or high blood pressure
  • Back or neck pain
  • Motion sickness, dizziness or epilepsy
  • claustrophobia
  • contagious skin disease
• Pregnant women are not permitted to use water park slides and rides.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Wristbands issued at the ticket booth cannot be exchanged.
