Notes on tickets and admission

• This product is only available at teamLab Planets Tokyo and not at other teamLabs.
• Please enter the entrance on the date and time indicated on this ticket and line up in the admission line.
• Youth tickets are for middle and high school students.
• Teenagers must bring their student ID.
• The time listed on the ticket does not indicate the time spent within the facility.
• If you leave the queue, you must have at least one accompanying participant in the queue. (If you are alone, please notify the nearest staff member.)
• Please leave your stroller in the designated area and enter.
• Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to enter alone and must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Wheelchair access is available, but there are many works using water and works that cannot be experienced in a wheelchair, so please ask the local staff for directions and use another route.
• If you are using a wheelchair, you must transfer to a wheelchair provided by TeamLab Planets when entering the facility. (The number of wheelchairs available for use at the facility is limited.)
• Please understand that we provide standard wheelchairs that do not come with wheelchair attachments.
• After exiting, re-entry is not permitted and refunds are not possible after entry.
• Children 3 years old and under are free.
• Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to enter without a guardian.

• Please take off your shoes and experience barefoot within the facility.
• There are places where the water reaches up to the knees for adults.
• We recommend that young participants bring clothes that they don't mind getting wet or a change of clothes.
• Please refrain from moving on to the next work while wearing wet clothing.
• Please refrain from swimming in areas with water.
• Since there are places with glass/mirror floors, if you are wearing a skirt or wide-legged pants, there is a possibility that your underwear will be visible.
• There are places with strong light stimulation and dark places indoors.
• If you are participating with young children, please be sure to keep an eye on them even for a moment.
• In times of congestion, staff may direct customers who have been staying for a long time to proceed forward.

• There are free lockers available. Please store your luggage in the locker area after passing through the entrance gate.
• The locker size is 26cm X 49.5cm X 87.5cm each.
• We cannot store luggage that exceeds the locker size.
• Luggage that exceeds the locker size can be stored in the stroller storage area by locking it with a wire lock.

• Please exchange your voucher for an actual ticket at the ticket vending machines located at major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations.
• You can get on and off the Tokyo Subway and Toei Subway at any station.

• The expiration date will be written on the ticket when you pass through the first gate after receiving the actual ticket.
