What to Remember
- To receive a massage, you must arrive at the massage shop 15 minutes before your reservation time to receive the full massage program.
- If you do not come to the massage shop within 15 minutes of the scheduled time on the day, it will be treated as a NO-SHOW and no refund will be issued.
- Recently, there have been many cases where reservation times have not been kept, causing inconvenience to other guests. please! Please adhere to your reservation time.
- If you arrive at the massage shop later than your scheduled time, the massage will only be provided for the remaining time.
- Pregnancy massage is available from 4 months onwards. It is staffed by professional therapists trained in pregnancy massage, and provides gentle massage using aromatic oil to help with blood circulation and swelling.
- Children are from 8 to 12 years old. For infants aged 0 to 7, massages and babysitting are not provided.
- Children who do not receive massages can relax in the customer waiting area. Alternatively, we will help you relax as much as possible in the massage room, but it may vary depending on reservation status.
- During Vietnamese national/public holidays, additional charges (local payment, etc.) may be incurred as labor costs, vehicle costs, etc. increase.

Cancellation and Refund
4 days before the date of use - no full refund if canceled on the day
•Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
•Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
