• You must arrive at the massage shop 15 minutes before your reservation time to receive all prepared massage programs.
• If you do not arrive at the massage shop within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time on the same day, it will be treated as a NO-SHOW and no refund will be given.
• Recently, there have been many cases of people not keeping their reservations on time, which has caused inconvenience to other guests. Please be sure to keep your reservations on time.
• If you arrive at the massage shop later than your scheduled time, we will provide you with a massage for the remaining time only.
• Pregnancy massage is available for all months.
• Children are charged the same rate as adults, and there is no age limit. Children must also receive spa treatment in the same room as their parents.
• For children who are not receiving a massage, they can relax in the customer waiting area.
• Babysitting is not provided
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
