How are pickup and sending done?
We will pick you up from most hotels in Waikiki, and allow you approximately 4 hours to shop after arriving at Waikele Outlets.
When making a reservation, please enter the name and address of the hotel you would like to be picked up from. Upon making a reservation, we will connect you via KakaoTalk and notify you of the meeting location and time.

What to Remember
- One-way tickets can be purchased for two or more people.
- This is a one-way shuttle service from the Waikiki area to Waikele Outlets.
- It takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour to travel from downtown Waikiki to Waikele Premium Outlets.
- Pick-up time may be adjusted depending on local conditions (e.g. traffic congestion/bad weather) on the day of the tour.
- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be notified of the exact pickup location, time, and person in charge via KakaoTalk.
- You can bring a stroller (prepare your own) and a carrier (one per person). Please indicate the number of luggage when making a reservation. Additional fees apply if you bring a carrier or stroller. (on-site payment)

- It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.

If you notify us 3 days (7~3) before the start of your trip: 30% of the travel fee will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us 1 day (2~1) before the start of your trip: 50% of the travel fee will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us within 24 hours of the start of your trip: No refund of the travel fee
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
