JR Kyushu Mobile Pass (Fukuoka Wide Pass)

• After accessing the dedicated URL received to the designated email address, click the 'Start using' button.
• On the day of use, present the ticket screen to the staff at the ticket gate for the route corresponding to the pass.

How to use:

1. Purchase

When you purchase a pass from a travel agent or dedicated sales site, a dedicated URL will be sent to the specified email address.

2. Click the ‘Start Using’ button.

After accessing the URL, click the 'Start Using' button displayed on the dedicated site.

3. Show your pass screen to the manned ticket gate staff to enter.

Please present your ticket screen to the manned gate staff in your browser. You cannot pass through the automatic gate.

※When checking the ticket on the train, please inform the conductor of your disembarkation station.

*There is no separate exchange for physical tickets on site, and you can use the mobile voucher as is.

• Please note that vouchers will be sent out during Wag Customer Center operating hours.
• Since QR codes are issued as one code regardless of the number of purchases, those who wish to receive individual QR codes must make individual reservations.
• You can use it anytime within the validity period.
• You must have a passport issued by a country other than Japan.
• You must be residing outside of Japan and visiting Japan on a temporary visitor visa.
• You must present your passport when requested by station staff while using your pass.
• The pass must be used on two consecutive days. It cannot be used on non-consecutive days (intermediate days), such as September 1 and 3.
• This pass can only be used for non-reserved seats on limited express and local trains operated by JR Kyushu within the designated area (excluding Kyushu Shinkansen and Sanyo Shinkansen).
• Does not apply to lines other than JR (e.g. Fukuoka City Subway, Kitakyushu Monorail, etc.).
• If you ride in a reserved seat or green vehicle, you must pay a separate fee on site.
• Holders must pay additional charges incurred when riding outside the designated area.
• This pass can be used on non-reserved seats on limited express and local trains operated by JR Kyushu in the specified area only.
• If you are unable to present your ticket due to reasons other than our fault, you will be required to pay the regular fare for the ride. Please check the network status in advance before using.
• Passes cannot be reissued.
• Once the start date of use has been scratched, the validity period cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• Up to 2 children under 5 years old can travel free per adult, but a child pass must be purchased for the third child (Child passes are currently out of stock and not available for sale)
