Reservations available every hour from 08:00 AM - 14:00 PM

Please select your preferred time when making a reservation.
Please check in at least 45 minutes before your reservation time.

• Once your reservation is confirmed, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered at the time of reservation.
• The reservation confirmation email contains reservation details, check-in time, required items, precautions, and directions to the heliport.
• Please print out the confirmation email and submit it upon check-in.
• When making a reservation, the same English name and date of birth as on the passport for all passengers required.
• Be sure to bring the passports of all passengers on the day of the tour! Please bring it with you.
• Full passenger weight is required at time of booking.
• You can board only up to 136 kg in weight, and if you weigh between 113 and 136 kg, you will be charged for an additional seat ($200).
• Hats and bags are not allowed, so please keep your belongings to a minimum. (Lockers available at the tour location are available for a fee.)
• Cameras and cell phones must be secured with hand necklaces. (Hand necklaces can be purchased on site)
• The length of the GoPro stick or cell phone stick cannot exceed a maximum of 18 centimeters.
• You must use your own vehicle to go to the helicopter pad.
• Check-in time is 45 minutes before the reservation time and free parking is available.
• Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your reservation time to check-in and receive safety training.
• We recommend that you sign up for individual travel insurance.
• The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of guests is less than that.
• Children aged 3 to 11 must sit in the front seat (first class) and be accompanied by a guardian.
• All seats are available for ages 12 and older.
• What to bring: ID (passport), reservation confirmation voucher (print and bring with you on the day of the tour), comfortable clothes, sneakers
• If you change your itinerary after your reservation is confirmed, a change fee of $125 per person will be charged.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

- If notified 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of the travel fee
- When notified 20 days prior to the start of travel (29~20): 20% of payment fee is deducted
- When notified 7 days before the start of the trip (19~7): 30% of the payment fee is deducted
- If notified 4 days prior to the start of the trip (6~4): 50% of the payment fee will be deducted.
- When notified by the day of travel (3~1 day): Cancellation/refund is not possible
