For seafood lovers, we recommend lunch. Here, you can enjoy the taste of the sea with The Window Cafe’s lunch buffet featuring a variety of cold seafood, including oysters, Canadian crab legs, Chilean blue mussels, and fresh shrimp.

You can enjoy a variety of fresh seafood dishes including a variety of warm dishes and gourmet dishes from all over the world such as Iberian grilled barbecue pork, sea snails, fresh oysters, Canadian crab legs, braised wagyu beef cheek, mango napoleon, etc. Finish your culinary experience with a sweet dessert such as mango napoleon and Mövenpick ice cream.

While seafood is great, the dinner buffet has many high-quality menus that are only available at dinner! We have special dishes like steamed flounder typhoon shelter style, stir-fried Dungeness crab typhoon shelter style, bouillabaisse, French black truffle wagyu fondue with garlic bread, Japanese teriyaki garlic wagyu cubes, and many other hearty menus using seasonal ingredients.

We highly recommend the Oyster & Spicy Seafood Buffet Dinner at Kowloon Hotel starting in October. It is a sweet culinary journey that perfectly combines the freshness and vitality of summer produce with the comforting flavors of autumn.

The highlight of the buffet dinner is the traditional spicy Cantonese dish known as 'The Typhoon Shelter'. Executive Chef Man Poon has created a course combining fresh seasonal seafood with sweet spices such as fried chilli and garlic. A standout dish is the steamed flatfish Typhoon Shelter style, meticulously seasoned and perfectly harmonious in flavour.

The buffet dinner also includes a sumptuous French bouillabaisse, a dish simmered for hours over low heat to bring out the rich sweetness of the seafood.
