1. Global Food Festival Lunch Buffet (Available from 12:00 - 14:30)

• Serving fresh oysters, grilled lamb thighs, Japanese style poached sea bass fillets, Korean style stir-fried tiger prawn balls, triple cheese grilled Gillette Hiroshima oysters, duck oden and freshly made Peking duck.
• A variety of desserts, 7 flavors of Häagen-Dazs ice cream and chocolate fountain
• Unlimited freshly brewed coffee, tea and lemonade

2. Global Food Festival Dinner Buffet (Available from 18:30 - 21:30)

• Served with fresh oysters, braised pork ribs, French truffle cheese baked snails with creamy potato puree, French confit duck legs with braised lentils, raclette cheese, Bowen crispy rack of lamb, cheese baked lobster and cream cheese baked crab cover.
• Freshly fried Spanish churros, German Black Forest Cake, Italian Cheesecake, British Bread Pudding, French Lemon Meringue Tart, German Mini Cheesecakes, French Floating Snow Island, British Banana Toffee Batch, Italian Red Raspberry Panna Cotta, Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream and Chocolate Fountain
• Unlimited freshly brewed coffee, tea, lemonade, orange juice, and apple juice
