BESTIt was great that I was assigned a Volkswagen. There was a bit of a communication issue, but they handled it quickly, so I was able to board right away and go to my accommodation comfortably.^^ After arriving, they also explained about famous restaurants in Simending, so I was able to have a delicious meal.

Using the pick-up service not only saves time, but also allows you to travel to your destination more comfortably than dragging your heavy luggage and taking crowded public transportation. 1. Departure from the airport - Arrival at the hotel
5-passenger vehicle: 1-3 passengers + up to 3 pieces of 24-inch luggage or up to 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage
9-passenger vehicle: 4-7 passengers + up to 8 pieces of 24-inch luggage or up to 5 pieces of 28-inch luggage

What to Remember
- We provide child seats for children under 4 years old. If necessary, please indicate this when making a reservation. Please pay NTD 200 per child seat to the driver on site.
- According to Taiwan's traffic laws, children under the age of 4 must use a child car seat. If you do not use a car seat, you may have difficulty boarding the vehicle and no refund will be issued.
- Please note that one child seat occupies one seat.
- Any additional charges incurred when getting off at multiple locations must be paid on-site to the driver. An additional charge of NTD 300 - NTD 1,000 will be incurred. Please check the actual fare information on your voucher.
- For airport pick-up, the meeting time cannot be specified and we will wait for up to 90 minutes from the flight arrival time.
- The airport pick-up waiting time is 90 minutes/airport drop-off waiting time is 30 minutes. If the driver wants to wait additionally after the waiting time is exceeded, an additional fee of NTD 300 - 500 must be paid to the driver on site.
- If you have any special requests, please write them in the 'Requests' section on the signboard when picking up at the airport. (Example: English name on passport, company name, etc.)
- If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit and the ride quality deteriorates, the company is not responsible.
- Please note that if the number of passengers and luggage reserved on-site does not match, the driver may refuse to board and no refund will be issued.
- Please note that vehicle types and drivers are subject to change without prior notice.
- If you have any questions or an emergency arises on-site, please contact the emergency contact number on your voucher.
- Since car seats cannot be installed on 15-seater buses, reservations cannot be made for teams with infants or toddlers.
- Please enter the exact number of carriers under 20 inches and the number of carriers over 21 inches.
- When making a reservation, please enter both items 1 for pickup and 2 for sending.
- Passenger number 3 information is required.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
