What to Remember
- The reception location is the front desk on the 2nd floor. Please present your electronic voucher.
- Please exchange or use the ticket within the date and operating hours you selected when making your reservation. If the ticket is not used, it will become invalid.
- Children aged 0-2 can use the pool for free, but must wear pool diapers and swimwear. (Diapers are sold at the front desk.)
- Children under middle school age may use the service with a maximum of two guardians aged 18 or older.
