A packed and colorful schedule,
South Bali Tour
After sufficient rest in the morning, we introduce you to a tour of southern Bali that starts after lunch, but is full of energy and has a nice flow.
Pick up from your hotel and start at Padang Padang Beach, a beach with unique characteristics in Bali, then visit Uluwatu's must-see ocean view beach club, Single Fin, and Uluwatu Temple, where the waves crashing against the majestic cliffs are spectacular. Lastly, we will watch the traditional Balinese dance, ‘Kejak Dance’.
When everything is completed, we will comfortably take you back to the hotel, and if you wish, you can select an additional option and receive a traditional Balinese massage.
Padang Padang, a unique beach in southern Bali
Visit Padang Padang Beach, which became famous as the Bali filming location for the movie 'Eat, Pray, Love' and has a unique entrance. The entrance is very unique, as you have to walk down stone steps from the road through a huge rock gap under a cliff.
Enjoy both dynamic water play and quiet contemplation in this charming yet magnificent magical place! If you played in the water, there are simple paid shower facilities so you can wash up.
Surf beach view from single fin
A place where you can see the amazing surfing skills of surfers! Single Fin Beach Club is famous for its panoramic view of the southern Bali ocean. Single Fin Beach Club is designed so that all seats face the sea, so many surfers come here to rest and ignite their desire for the sea. In addition, many couples gather to enjoy the picturesque sunset created by the beautiful sea and sky and have a sweet time.
How about a cold Bintang beer or mojito while admiring the sea of Bali?
Uluwatu Temple, on top of a sheer cliff
Uluwatu Temple, built atop a sheer cliff of 75 meters, is the largest temple in the Pecatu region of southern Bali and is considered the most important temple in Bali. 'Ulu' means head, 'Watu' means stone, and it is made of black volcanic stone, meaning the soul of the sea. This is the filming location for ‘What Happened in Bali’ and also where the final cliff escape scene of the movie ‘Papillon’ was filmed.
Feel the sacredness of this place, which was created by worshiping God and seeking harmony with nature, nestled in the silence of a temple on a sea cliff.
Balinese traditional dance, Kaejak dance performance
Watch a performance of the Balinese traditional dance, ‘Kae Cak Dance’, against the backdrop of the sunset at Uluwatu Temple.
It is said that dozens of male dancers sit in a circle toward the center, raise their hands and make a kkeokkkeak sound while performing, which is called the kkaejak dance. The Kaejak dance, which was a temple ritual dance performed under hypnosis by the gods, was made into a performance by incorporating the legend of the ancient Indian epic Ramayana. The climax is the fire dance, in which a possessed dancer climbs barefoot onto the fire and performs it!
